I would recommend having a glass of plain water ready to rinse and spit and possibly drink as after I drank the Saltwater the residue just sat in my mouth and caused some nausea.

I wouldn’t do it everyday. It might mess with your salt levels in your blood. And it dehydrates you.

I like to prepare coconut water with fresh orange juice, OJ after. It’s the best after this cleanse.

Its not usually ok to do it everyday because salt dehydrates you. I personally do it once a week. But if you plan on doing everyday pair it with lots of water afterwards. Stay safe!

These instructions literally read like a cross between drinking an oral solution and doing an enema. “If you can manage to hold in the solution” and “once you feel you can no longer hold out then go to the bathroom”.

Yes, this is very important. The exact ratio of salt to
Water give the liquid the same density as blood which is why it can pass right through without being absorbed. It’s also why you can die of dehydration when stranded a drift on the sea but drink plenty of sea (salty) water. The body doesn’t recognize a specific concentration of salt water as an absorbable liquid but as a body fluid that just passes through.

The exact ratio of salt/water is VERY important. Wait awhile and try again with the exact proportions in the recipe.

I can’t find the big rocks , I only have a 4 4 bottle of himalayan sea salt, I put it 8n a tall glass bottle overnight, and this morning it’s dissolved but I don’t know if I put enough, one video said do it again and wait overnight so do I buy another bottle , I’m needing help please help
