I would like to know when to use canned coconut milk vs refrigerated coconut milk. Recipes turn out differently depending on which type is used in a recipe.

Can you use the skin of the grapefruit and the lemon in juicing? I use a vita mixer and it will blend the skin of the fruits.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and am not supposed to eat grapefruit, because it will counteract my medication. So do I leave it out or replace it with something else

2 cups strawberries plus an entire grapefruit in one smoothie to serve one person in one sitting…That’s a lot of sugar! Why so much?

It doesn’t say a whole grapefruit – it says a 1/2 cup. So cut the sections out of half a grapefruit with a curved grapefruit knife and its about a half cup. Also it doesn’t say 2 cups of strawberries – it says 1/2 cup again. So a total of 1 cup of fruit – not 3 cups.

Do you have any suggestions for a natural alternative to vaccinations that are now required in some States for children of all ages entering public schools? Thank you
