Probably organism itself feels what’s good or not for becoming better. Also I’ve read somewhere that vitamin B12 which body produces or consumes is not able to bind with the molecule of the soy, I don’t know if it’s true, but if so it is impossible to prevent or cure cancer (if in any case) from it, I can’t even to think even to smell soy.
So by these facts I consider this article is very healthy based.
And about the 3 gram of carbs in the “coconut tree sap”, it is nothing wrong with so little carbs, it is just the (your) human organism is not adapted to be capable to use quantities. Dinos and dragons in history were growing over 200 tons based on the CO2 x3000+ ppm just from the air, so probable humans need to evolve to be capable to absorb more carbs and CO2.
I do consume huge quantities of sport supplements and micronized in centrifuge amino and proteins, which I make for myself, but I find many times just after 1 day that I just can’t without carbs and example ordinary fish soup with broccoli, carrots, garlic powder and other vegetables and a lot of black pepper. Seems it is just how You make your organism to function.
Big gratitude for the article of Chlorella, since I started before few years I was born again, no cholesterol, no fats, no 50 degree sun disturbing moments, no toxins, no heart problems while torturing in the gym. If I never found Chlorella before, your article would save my life. Just today found your articles, till now read, all more than on place. I am continuing with reading the rest, You are just supplying true facts and information, nothing is better than that, keep up your good work, and welcome to readers and listeners.

Just ‘googled’ it myself — came up with this website: https://www.coconutsecret.com/aminos2.html
Haven’t tried this product yet.
They have a store locator on their website.

It’s about certification and how the food is obtained, processed and sold.

This quote is from the second paragraph, the last sentence, in the article above:
“There are only two ingredients to create coconut aminos: organic coconut tree sap and organic sea salt.”

The biggest difference, of course, is the price, and who can afford to be price sensitive when diet is the critical difference between surviving and thriving in life.

I asked Kaayla Daniel, author of The Whole Soy Story about soy sauce and she considers that it is OK to eat. It’s FERMENTED soy beans, which changes a lot about the structure and content of the food. Now of course I’m talking about organic whole food, gluten-free soy sauce, not the kind at Chinese restaurants. I don’t think you can assume that because soy has certain characteristics that all soy sauce does as well. I very much cannot eat anything with soy protein, or edamame or tofu or seitan because it violently disrupts my hormones. But I can and do eat organic soy sauce with no problem.

Now about coconut aminos, IT’S NOT MADE FROM COCONUTS AT ALL. It’s made from “coconut tree sap” which is COCONUT SUGAR. It’s the sap of the tree like maple syrup. This is about as far from coconut oil or coconut meat as you can get.

Soy sauce contains less than 1 gram carbs per tablespoon. Cocnut aminos contains THREE grams of carbs per tablespoon. So it’s not for diabtetics to use indiscriminately. It was misleading for you to put in the article that coconut helps diabetics and then relate coconut aminos to that statement.

Please chcek your facts on this.

I would like to know if fermenting also gets rid of the phytoestrogens So if I were to grow my own organic non-GMO soy beans, and I made soy sauce with them the traditional eastern way (fermenting), would they still have the phytoestrogens?

Not enough data to report the amount of amino acids. I want to believe it’s worth the money to purchase because this is a very expensive product. I like to think it’s better for me but where is the data to support it?

I’m imagining that that is a spelling error…..just so you know….. you may already.
Many, Many Thanks for all this excellent nutrient content and information. Regards, Lois

P.S. Feel free to delete the error comment-and use the rest.
