In reply to Deb. HI Deb, I had ringing in the ears caused by TMJ / grinding my teeth when I sleep. If you have TMJ or grind your teeth when you sleep that may be the underlying cause for the ringing. If so, check for TMJ exercises on Youtube that will help relieve the tension in the jaw muscles. They may help. Regards, Michael

In reply to jules. I bought a bottle of avocado oil at healthfood store and on the label, it says good for high heat cooking. i am watchful of it now though because I suffer from migraines and the healthy avocado can be a trigger for people like me.

Baking avocados? You must be joking… Heating up monosaturated fatty acids? That’s like asking for inflamation in your body. You wouldn’t heat up avocado oil, would you? Well the fruit, having so much oil composition is not the best idea either…
