absolutely does recommend lots of raw greens, veggies and fruits, does recommend eating organic, and clearly explains that you can eat dairy if *your* body is OK with it – some people are not. He also emphasizes getting enough healthy fats – from pastured organic butter, avocado, nuts, seeds, fatty fish like wild salmon, and grass-fed meats, especially organ meats – but only from organically raised animals. There are lots of different “paleo” diets out there.

Definition of mucus: a slimy substance, typically not miscible with water, secreted by mucous membranes and glands for lubrication, protection, etc. Since we have mucous membranes, we need mucus. However, CHANGES in mucus is a sign of disease, as in the common cold. See http://www.webmd.com/allergies/features/the-truth-about-mucus? for info on how important mucus is to our body’s health.

II think the true cause of disease is inflammation.

Both seems to be Ok, You cannot ignore one at the expense of another.

In all true quality Paleo literature/information/cookbooks they emphasize the importance of using grass fed, organic meats as well as use of locally sourced and certified organic fruits and vegetables.

I’ve followed you for almost six years and I value your insight on health and wellness. Last November I had an annual physical needless to say it wasn’t ideal. I starting doing research on Alkaline and stumbled across Dr. Sebi, he states that all disease is caused by mucus. He goes on to state the alkaline lifestyle is the only way to be disease free. What is your professional opinion on Dr. Sebi.

Thank you.

I love the bone broth (changing to the turmeric because I am acidic). The tumor is estrogen feeding. Can I still eat the bone broth? Thank you, Charity
