I’m confused – for a long time now, I’ve avoided grains/pastas of any kind because I have heard that they are not good for your body because of the way they are processed and have concentrated on a primal style diet.. Now, in the Metabolic Syndrome diet information in this article – it is recommending whole grains.
It seems like there are so many contradictions in information these days, how does one know what is good and what’s not?
